Privacy Policy
This page explains what information Bubble Blast Laundromat collects when you use bubbleblastlaundromat.com and how we use it. The short version: we use your contact details to answer you and to send you what you signed up for, and we use analytics and advertising tools to understand how the site is used and to measure our ads.
What we collect
Messages and quote requests. When you fill out a form on this site, we receive what you enter: your name, phone number, email and message. Our forms run on Jotform, which stores the submissions for us.
Free-wash sign-ups. When you request a free-wash code, we collect your first name, mobile number and email, plus the time, the page language and the consent you gave. We keep this in our own guest list so we can send you the code and, if you agreed, occasional offers. See Text messages and email below.
Site usage. Like most websites, we collect information about how the site is used: pages visited, buttons tapped (such as Call, Get Directions or Schedule a Pickup), the type of device and browser, approximate location based on your IP address, and how you found us. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies by the tools below.
The tools we use
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to understand how people use the site. Google's privacy policy
- Meta Pixel, to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. Meta's privacy policy
- Jotform, which runs our contact and quote forms. Jotform's privacy policy
- Google Maps, for the map on our Visit Us page.
- Cents (trycents.com), where pickup and delivery orders are placed, under Cents' privacy policy and terms.
- The LaundryCat app, which has its own privacy policy from its developer.
- Supabase, which hosts our guest list (free-wash sign-ups). Supabase's privacy policy
- Twilio, which delivers our text messages. Twilio's privacy policy
How we use it
To reply to your messages and quote requests, to send you a code or offer you asked for, to run the laundromat day to day, to understand what visitors look for on the site, and to measure and improve our advertising. We don't sell your personal information.
Text messages and email
Signing up on our free-wash page joins you to Bubble Blast Laundromat texts and emails: your welcome text brings your one-time code, and after that we may send occasional offers and store updates by text or email — up to 4 texts a month. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Each sign-up records the exact wording you agreed to and when.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We never rent your phone number or email address. The companies that deliver our messages (Twilio) and host our guest list (Supabase) process your details only to provide those services to us. To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email or write to info@bubbleblastlaundromat.com. Reply HELP to any text to get our contact details.
Text message terms
In short (the full Text Message Terms and Conditions are on their own page):
- Program: Bubble Blast Laundromat alerts and offers, sent by Bubble Blast Laundromat (Florida Laundry Ventures, LLC), 17445 US-192 Ste 1, Clermont, FL 34714.
- What you get: your free-wash code, and — only if you ticked the box — occasional offers and store updates. Message frequency varies, up to 4 texts a month.
- Cost: we don't charge for texts, but message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time and you'll get one final message confirming you're unsubscribed. Reply START to join again.
- Help: reply HELP, call (352) 242-2900 or email info@bubbleblastlaundromat.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your information is handled as described in this Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties for their marketing.
Your choices
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
- Google Analytics: you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on.
- Meta ads: you can adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
- Your information: email us at info@bubbleblastlaundromat.com to ask what we have about you or to have it deleted.
